My career has centered on sales requiring high levels of customer service. As a teenager, I worked at Eckerds at Park Road Shopping Center in the grill. I knew exactly how my regulars wanted their coffee and hot dogs; however, most continued to come for the conversation. It was not that I was particularly interesting, I simply realized how to be a good listener. During this time, I learned about paying attention to details and the rewards that came from giving care and concern for my clients.
After college, I utilized my skills in customer service in a retail career, where I developed a wonderful client base. After 15 years of retail sales, management, and buying, I decided I wanted to be less confined to a location. As a native Charlottean, I realize that Charlotte is a sprawling city that offers a diverse array of neighborhoods and communities. It is my job to explore these opportunities with those who want to relocate here and use all of my marketing and sales skills to help you receive the most for your property when you are selling.
